Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (social media, networking, job boards) to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of placement, including offer negotiations, onboarding, and follow-up support.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
