Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Manage candidate data and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify potential job opportunities and talent pools.
- Communicate with clients and candidates via phone and email.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
