As a Staffing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of local businesses. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying talent to closing placements. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, networking events, and industry connections to proactively identify and attract passive job seekers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs and company culture.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive compensation advice to clients and candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct efficient interviews, providing feedback and assessments to ensure the right cultural fit.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (temp-to-perm or direct hire experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Charlotte, NC office or hybrid schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus but not required.
