Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS platforms and social networks
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and placement ratios
- Represent our agency at industry events and job fairs
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Indiana staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis talent market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
