Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including hospitality, healthcare, and tech
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and digital tools to track metrics and optimize performance

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas job market and local employers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
