Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions using various methods (social media, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Consult with clients to identify their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Network within the local Los Angeles business community to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
