Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies to identify and vet high-quality talent for open positions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and culture fit requirements.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural alignment.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with labor market trends in Baltimore and the broader US market to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Placement & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of the placement process, including offer negotiation and coordinating the new hire onboarding timeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, iCIMS, Salesforce).
- Drive & Initiative: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
