Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical and soft skill requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
