Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Perform comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to successful onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted recruitment strategies for key accounts.
- Ensure accurate data entry and candidate tracking within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva) or ATS platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites required).
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet client demands.
