Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify talent.
- Update candidate and client records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
