Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates for various staffing positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients in Omaha.
- Process payroll, timesheets, and worker's compensation documentation accurately and on time.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for all assigned placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and match them with the right talent.
- Update job boards and internal databases with current job openings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be reliable and available to meet weekly pay deadlines.
