Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse industries, including administrative, technical, and light industrial roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to proactively source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demand.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, company policies, and industry compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on hitting monthly placement goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
