Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Perform initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for local Baltimore businesses.
- Coordinate Placements: Schedule interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for temporary and temp-to-hire placements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and job orders within our recruitment software.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Payroll Support: Assist in verifying hours worked and ensuring accurate weekly pay processing for temporary staff.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating MS Office Suite and HR management software.
- Local Knowledge: A working knowledge of the Baltimore, MD area is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
