Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles across tech and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, social media, and networking
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in tech/finance roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong network of Bay Area professionals preferred
