Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record placing candidates in AI, cybersecurity, or fintech roles
- Expertise in leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
