Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates for technical and executive positions using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including client consultations, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key accounts in San Jose's tech corridor
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Lead recruitment campaigns for urgent roles requiring 48-hour turnaround times
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools in Bay Area tech sectors
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles (AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering)
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and market trends in Bay Area tech
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with history of closing complex placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Ability to make 15+ qualified placements monthly in high-volume environment
