Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments with 95% fill rate target
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business reviews and strategic talent mapping
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns including virtual hiring events and targeted social media outreach
- Implement ATS-driven analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction)
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable targets of $1M+ annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven $500K+ annual billings
- Expertise in Boston's tech, healthcare, or finance talent landscape required
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
- Demonstrated success with executive-level placements ($100K+ roles)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
