- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for healthcare, logistics, and hospitality clients across Tucson
- Screen and qualify candidates for urgent weekend shift positions using ATS platforms
- Manage client communication pipeline via phone, email, and virtual channels
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend staff at client sites
- Resolve staffing emergencies and schedule conflicts with precision
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Generate weekly performance reports for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during non-business hours
