Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate weekend staffing schedules for temporary and contract personnel.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to match talent with client needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle administrative tasks, including timesheet verification and payroll support.
- Communicate effectively with clients and temporary staff regarding shift changes and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
