Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and temp-to-perm positions across San Antonio industries
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and conduct weekend interviews for urgent staffing needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Respond to urgent client requests during weekend shifts with quick turnaround solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality across shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
