Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekend shift positions across Omaha's healthcare, logistics, and event sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand weekend staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, background checks, and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms to identify passive candidates for weekend roles
- Conduct weekly candidate interviews and skill assessments for weekend shift compatibility
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize weekend staffing schedules and coverage
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven success in placing candidates in healthcare, warehousing, or event staffing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts with weekday availability for coordination
