Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies specifically for weekend and shift-based roles in the Tampa area.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry, pipeline management, and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific weekend shift requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires starting on weekends to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
