Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Columbus market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
