Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for various industries including Tech, Healthcare, and Engineering.
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean searches.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and competitive environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
