Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews for potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary and permanent employees.
- Research and identify potential job opportunities for our candidate pool.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in recruiting or staffing is required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a professional office environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
