Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview job applicants to assess their skills and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Manage applicant data in our recruitment software (CRM).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients via phone and email.
- Conduct market research to identify new staffing opportunities in the Omaha area.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and teachability.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
