Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various industries using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from contract negotiation to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and sales targets.
- Coordinate and attend industry networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (Internships considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
