Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and perform hardware installations.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Document all support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (VPN, TeamViewer) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
