- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow
- Assist with network printer/scanner maintenance
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional site visits
