Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Monitor network performance and report anomalies to the senior engineering team.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract environment.
