Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11) and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security patches and updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months of hire.
