Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects and bugs.
- Document and report issues clearly and accurately in JIRA.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and verify fixes.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform regression testing on new software builds.
- Provide feedback on user experience and software usability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a QA or testing role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with web-based applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced temporary environment.
