Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform hardware setups, printer configurations, and software installations for new hires.
- Manage IT inventory and accurately log helpdesk tickets in the tracking system.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and security compliance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred).
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during equipment setup.
