Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Update and maintain database records in Salesforce and Excel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve data integrity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
