Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer malfunctions and network connectivity problems.
- Manage and track helpdesk tickets within the ServiceNow system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
