Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners).
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and operating system errors.
- Assist end-users with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Log and track all IT incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement hardware upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
