- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a temporary or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience working in the Chicago metropolitan area or remote environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
