Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices for employees.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Conduct end-user training sessions on new systems and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts independently.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work onsite in Austin, TX.
