Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software applications.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software or hardware updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification or similar IT certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in helpdesk support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
