Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using Jira Service Management.
- Configure and deploy new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with password resets, account access, and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
