Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for a diverse user base.
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices using standard imaging tools.
- Manage ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
- Perform network administration tasks including connectivity checks, VPN setup, and password resets.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software patches and security updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or IT helpdesk environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
