Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, printer errors, and operating system conflicts.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes quickly.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
