Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Manage and prioritize IT service tickets using our ticketing system efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, setting up their workstations.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, hardware components, and software installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
