Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop effective sourcing strategies and job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
