Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all customer inquiries and resolutions using Help Desk ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients with patience and clarity.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve escalated tickets.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high customer satisfaction ratings during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tickets.
- Must be available to start immediately and work a standard 40-hour week.
