- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information into our database systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with scheduling, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in progress is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over extensive history.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation.

- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours during business days (Monday–Friday).
