Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain and update customer records with detailed notes.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
