Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in our internal database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
