Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex issues by escalating them to the appropriate management level.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
