Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on requirements.
- Perform regression testing on new builds and patches.
- Monitor application stability and report performance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or on-site environment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
